FountainTRT is a testosterone replacement clinic founded by board-certified urologist Dr. Doron Stember. I designed a mobile-first evaluation that walks men through their health, their lab results and a personalized treatment plan, from the symptom check and baseline labs to treatment comparison, membership pricing and checkout.

What we set out to build.
The evaluation is dense with clinical information. It had to feel credible and caring, and be easy to understand and complete on a phone.
What I did

One step at a time
I turned the clinical information into calm, one-step-at-a-time phone screens in a midnight, teal and ocean palette.

Labs you can read
Visual lab ranges and side-by-side treatment cards make options like T Cypionate, T Cream and Enclomiphene easy to compare.

Through to checkout
The flow ends on membership pricing and checkout, after explorations of the hero banners and onboarding.
