RB Pool & Spa is an all-in-one platform for pool and spa retailers and service teams, bringing POS, scheduling, inventory, CRM and project management into one system since 2003. I designed the full responsive website for desktop, tablet and mobile, from the home page to premium features, the mobile service app, project management, the blog and articles.

The challenge

What needed to change.

The existing website had a very messy UI. The job was to redesign it into something organized and clean, following conversion best practices to bring in more demo requests.

What I did

Order before style
I reorganized every page around a clear hierarchy, with one main action, getting a demo, and a product tour as the softer option.

Show the work and the product
Photos of pool and spa pros sit next to real product UI, like water test results, recent activity and online bill pay, so visitors see the software in their own day.

Every page, every screen
The home page, premium features, mobile service app, project management, blog and article pages were all designed in Figma for desktop, tablet and mobile.
