Overview

Real estate investing, in one scroll.

Vantico is a real estate investment firm focused on high-end dental and underutilized commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic. I designed the one-page landing page in Figma, from the aerial-video hero and success-story timeline to investor metrics, fund terms, an ROI calculator, the team and built-in consultation booking.

The challenge

What we set out to build.

Vantico pairs real estate ownership with a fast-growing network of dental practices. Investors needed to read the whole opportunity in one scroll and trust it as a place to build long-term wealth.

What I did

    Private banking feel

    An onyx and ivory palette, bronze accents, wide Aviano Sans headlines and aerial property photography.

  2. 02

    Numbers investors look for

    Investor metrics, fund terms and an ROI calculator present $265M in assets and 216+ tenants clearly.

    The team section leads into consultation booking built into the page.
